Highways of Bergen County, New Jersey

Bergen County Road 76 is Fair Lawn Avenue, from the Passaic River to the Saddle River. It connects the Fair Lawn Avenue Bridge to the Dunkerhook section of Paramus.

At one time, the road ran over the Dunkerhook Road bridge by Saddle River County Park, but that bridge has been out of service for years. The road leading to that bridge was CR S-76 and is now CR 76A.

Contrary to popular belief, Century Road in Paramus – an exit off NJ 17 which contains, among other things, a motor vehicle inspection station – is not part of the county road system.
