Riley Park

Home-plate entrance to Riley Park, Aug-2005.

One of the only field views I was able to obtain on a Sunday morning.

Quick Facts:
Riley Park is in an obscure part of Sumter, not easily accessible by or visible from the main roads. That might explain why professional baseball did not stay in Sumter terribly long. Today, the park is mainly used for American Legion Baseball, with two post teams calling it home.

I was not able to get into Riley Park on my 2005 visit.
