I saw a doubleheader at Waterloo’s Municipal Stadium in 1992. The town is in northeastern Iowa, about 40 minutes west of the Field of Dreams Movie Site in Dyersville, at which I stopped the same day.

Waterloo left the Midwest League after the 1993 season, replaced in the league lineup by the West Michigan Whitecaps. The park currently sees no minor league action; however, the Northwoods League, a collegiate summer league, uses the park these days as home for the Waterloo Bucks. The park is now known as Riverfront Stadium.
