Alex Roque led the Nationals to a 13-2 win over Lodi as he belted two home runs, including a grand-slam, and knocked in six runs. Bob Witterschein got his second tournament win as he scattered four hits and belted two doubles. Joe Gusera and Pete Kelly also had two hits each for Rutherford, while John Reif and Kurt Geisler each had a double for Lodi.
