Rotary clinched its second straight National League penannt with a 4-2 win over Boiling Springs on July 4th afternoon. Greg Ehrhardt, winning pitcher for Rotary, struck out 15 batters while allowing but 3 hits. Fiore D’Ambrosio, Boiling Springs pitcher, although tagged with the loss, pitched a very creditable game. Our hats are off to Hank Bott’s club for a job well done.
