- Location: 51 Avenue between Thomas and Indian School roads (2 miles north of I-10 exit 139), Phoenix, Ariz.
- Opened: 1998
- Home team: Spring training, Milwaukee Brewers (1998-present); Maryvale Saguaros, Arizona Fall League
- Capacity: 9,000
The City of Phoenix owns this ballpark, built in 1997 to accommodate perhaps two teams holding spring training (as in Peoria and Surprise). But the only one they could get was the Brewers. The facility is also used for the Arizona Fall League, a prospect loop that begins as the Major League season is ending and plays in October and November.
I was not able to get into Maryvale Baseball Park during my April 2004 visit.
