Passaic County Road 696 is Sloatsburg Road, which starts from Greenwood Lake Turnpike in Ringwood and continues all the way over to NY 17 at Sloatsburg in Rockland County, where it is known as Sterling Hill Road. Skylands Manor is on Sloatsburg Road, north of Margaret King Avenue.
