The first of these, 10 Ave, would logically be part of CR 650 except that it extends just west of East 18 Street, where CR 650 ends.
The second, Vreeland Avenue and East 33 Street, could be considered as turning left onto 10 Avenue, except that East 33 Street remains a county road all the way to the Morlot Avenue bridge.
