County Road 621

Passaic County Road 621 is Valley Road, which originates in Montclair, in Essex County, and heads north into Clifton. The road hugs the base of the cliff that gave Clifton its name, and eventually passes the foot of Garret Mountain as it enters the county seat of Paterson.
